All new patients require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. This will be taken off your balance the day of your treatment. The deposit is refundable and transferable if given 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hour notice forfeits the deposit.

Please be advised that filler appointments should not take place 2 weeks before or after a COVID-19 vaccination. Filler should not be administered within 2 weeks of dental work. Please do not book a filler appointment if you will be travelling within 7-10 days.

An annual consultation must be completed with our nurse practitioner. If you are due for a consultation with the nurse practitioner, this will be arranged to occur at the beginning of your appointment, with no additional action or payment required. Occasionally, these consultations may be arranged at a different time, prior to your appointment due to conflicting schedules. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange a time.
